Policies and other regulations

  • Upon request, twin beds can be put together, resulting in a 200×200 cm bed. Mattresses have a fastening system, so that there will be no gap in the middle.
  • An advance payment of 50% must be paid upon reservation.
  • Depending on the situation, a guarantee of up to 100 lei may be required.
  • Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge if it is made 7 days before the date of arrival.
  • If the cancellation of a reservation is made within less than 7 days from the date of arrival, a penalty equal to the first night of accommodation is charged.
  • For bookings of at least 5 consecutive days or for bookings of 5 rooms or more, during the same period, the room / night price is lower by 20 lei.
  • The baby cot is free of charge.
  • There are no charges for children up to (including) 6 years.
  • For children between 7 and 12 years old (if the room capacity is exceeded) there is a charge of 25 lei/night for breakfast, if no extra bed is requested.
  • For children over 12 years, as well as for adults (if the room capacity is exceeded), there is a charge of 90 lei/night. This rate includes breakfast and an extra bed.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, except for specially-designed spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Check-in from 16.00 h (depending on availability, it can be done earlier).
  • Check-out until 13.00 h (depending on availability, late check-out can be requested, at extra cost).
  • Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
